On November 16, 2023, a replacement for the President Commissioner of PT Sigma Utama was made, in connection with Mr. Zulyan Imansyah's new assignment as President Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik.
The Shareholders have appointed Mr. Faisal Saimima as Acting President Commissioner to replace Mr. Zulyan Imansyah by Decree of Shareholders of PT Sigma Utama through outside General Shareholders Meeting.
Thus, the composition of the Board of Commissioners of PT Sigma Utama is as follows:
